• Pond Design & Installation- One of our skilled professionals will meet with you and gather your thoughts on the location as well as what type of water feature you desire. Once this is accomplished our creative team will then propose an estimated bid of the job requested, survey the land and present a visual of the landscaping, measurements, payment plan, and scheduling on the project. By using the best materials and proven tequniques, our team will guarantee complete satisfaction of your custom water feature!
• Emergency Pond Service - If for any reason your water feature offers a leak or a sick fish, our team will be there for you! Simply give us a call, and we will send our service crew out to solve the issue in a timely manner.
• Pond Pump Service- Say your pump proposes an issue -we will come to your location and have your pump up and running in no time. Every pump American Aquascapes carries and uses will come with a warranty!
• Pond Maintenance- Give us a call to set up and discuss a maintenance plan. We can service your pond quartley, monthly, or bi-monthly. Your pond will recieve a 20-point check up. We will insure your pumps are running properly, evaluate for leaks or blockages in plumbing, inspect the skimmer box & bio-falls, manage the aquatic plants, remove pond debris, test and replace underwater lighting, and add beneficial bacteria and other pond treatments as needed.
• Pond Supplies- In need pond supplies, filters, light bulbs, liner, pond kits, or water treatments? Give us a call! We can deliver them to your pond for installment or have them shipped to your house!
• Pond Reconstruction- Already have an existing pond? No problem! We can take your new ideas and help you re-design your old water feature into one you truly adore! Some ponds were built using old out-dated techniques. At American Aquascapes we use the 20/20 system to our water garden construction apporach. We, and tens of thousands of others, have followed it to success with water gardening and have found that it to be the most efficient way to construct a water garden.
